In Art of Balance[]
On one occasion in the province's history, severe flooding had endangered the region's crops, prompting Master Storming Ox to come to the people's aid. While taking a break for lunch he was attacked by rat bandits, whose superior numbers gave them a temporary edge. However, Storming Ox's great speed and power won the day, allowing him to drive the rats off, upon which he returned to his labors.
