So I was just reading some stuff and I noticed that half of Tigress tail is orange and then another half is black and white, and I wanted to discuss if there is any meaning behind it. Also a good notice: In Secrets of the Furious Five and in Secrets of the Scroll her entire tail is orange, why did her tail color even change ?

Just to make sure you understand what colors mean in Chinese culture:

    Orange- Adaptability

    White- Death

    Black- Strenght

    • As for Secret of the Scroll, maybe it's just a mistake in colouring? In there Shifu's eyes are brown as opposed to blue in the third movie as well.

    • A lot of tigers have a tail that fades from orange to white down its length (not counting the black stripes, of course), especially South China tigers (the kind Tigress is).

I think that Tigress is more like Siberian Tiger

Yes, it is true that Tigers have half of the tail white, it was just interesting that in both "Secrets of the Furious Five" and "Secrets of The Scroll" her entire tail was orange.
