    • The bonus features look pretty awesome. Yay, Panda Paws! :D Can't wait for this.

    • I thought it'd be sooner than June 28, but oh well. I am interested in "Panda Paws" (I wonder how long this will be?) and deleted scenes, but... no commentary? Unless they just left that out on the list.

    • Awesome, you can expect me at the store when this comes out :)

The KFP commentaries were always my favorite part of the home releases, so I hope it was just left out of the list.  I'm afraid to hold my breath, as I can't fathom why/how it could have been left out, accidentally or no.  There's human error, but still.  Perhaps whoever wrote up the special features list was too excited about the sing-along and the paper folding tutorial to mention content involving 90-some minutes of additional insight into the film's production and story...

    • Lol, I'm pretty sure there will be commentary. I think the list is just to advertise the more "fun" stuff to its potential buyers, probably for parents and the less-technical younger viewers. It's been a common theme for this film's marketing to show how "fun" it is, and commentary doesn't really fall into that category. :P I guess I get why they'd go that route with it, but I don't like how it seems to generalize the fandom as nothing more than "cartoon"-loving kids and parents.

    • The Digital HD copies are now released, if anyone's looking to get them. Seems like they have the whole package, bonus features and all.

List of digital retailers w/ the film HERE.

I myself will be waiting for the hard copies next month, so I'll probably have to avoid here and Tumblr 'til then. :P

Awesome, but I am going to wait next month for hard copies as well, although it is annoying to have to wait even longer, even Zootopia is going to be on dvd first, before KFP 3............ 'sighs'

I was going to wait for the physical release too. I don't know if that'll be a problem, both of us trying to be spoiler-free until then.

I don't get why they'd hold back on the DVD / Blu-ray over a month after this... KFP 3 seems to be a magnet for weird release dates.

    • OK, so I caved in and bought the digital version, and I can confirm that there are no bonus features included. It's just the movie. And it was only available in standard definition for my computer.

      So, yeah. Disappointment.

Phew so no spoilers then, guess I do not have to worry after all.

    • Which one did you get, Vapor? Because perhaps it's one that doesn't have the bonus features? There are some people on Tumblr who bought digital versions and posted images of the bonus features.

    • I got it from Amazon. I guess it serves me right, since the Amazon description didn't mention the bonus features. Though I'm not sure if any of the digital retailers from that site did...

    • Ah. Yeah, that does suck. Incredibly stupid on Fox's part with marketing the material. But I think you chose one of the few that I guess doesn't have them. Apparently iTunes has them, and perhaps Vudu too? That's where I usually get my ultraviolet copies, and I remember checking and seeing info about the bonus features. It's not there anymore, though, so I'm not sure. I don't know about the rest of them.

    • So I guess "Everybody loves a Panda Party", I saw a few pics for this short.

    • I didn't find any filmmaker commentary on this one. Is it just my copy?...

    • ^Do you have the DVD or Blu-Ray? I ordered mine on BR, but I probably won't get it for a couple of days.

    • I got the BR/DVD/DHD combo from Target - it had an exclusive bonus footage disc that I wanted to check out. (Which, by the way, the only actual new and interesting thing on it was a small segment on Kai's jombie collection. Everything else was stuff viewable on YouTube.)

I looked at both discs for the film, and neither of them have audio for commentary. Checked the special features too, not there.

Thanks for the information. Sad there's no commentary. I was hoping there would be an Isolated score, but, that's pushing it a lot.
