Shifu took Po to Master Lun's musician concert. He later revealed that master Lun studied how to manipulate Chi energy through sound. Master Lun possessed the magical Wu Di wooden pipes that could manipulate such energy, showing off a kind of telekinetic power. However, the Yaoguai, the evil musical demons, wanted to possess the magical pipes and with all five instruments to undo creation. Po stole the pipes from Master Lun and tried to play them but then he met two Yaoguai, who were in the form of goose twins. Lun arrived, having heard Po steal the pipes, and fought the twins, but was outmatched and the instruments fell to the demons. They then kidnapped Po and took him to where another Wu Di instrument lay, a colossal drum. They bound Po to poles and used all five instruments to create a growing darkness, inverting the Eternal Chord. Master Lun arrived and freed Po, and they started to fight. He had also brought Shifu, who demonstrated his musical kung fu skills with a flute. Master Lun and Master Shifu took a good fight but soon the Yaoguai defeated them. Now Po had to fight with two evil kung fu masters with magical kung fu instruments. Then Po used the big drum to defeat the Yaoguai. Unfortunately, the Yaoguai had already summoned the Anti Chord, heralding the end of the universe. The resulting black hole swallowed Lun and Shifu. But thankfully, they are saved when Po reunite the magical instruments and created a new sixth tone with his own voice, restoring everything to normal. Later master Lun taught Po how to play music in harmony, with mixed success.
